Client Support Desk Launched
We have just released the alpha version of our Client Support Desk extension. This tool provides our clients with up-to-date Joomla news, security updates, extension upgrades, Hathway Tech news, and special offers.
On the client's side it comes in the form of an administrator module that shows up on your admin control panel (the home page when you log into the backend). That way right when you log in you can see these important updates.
What's in it for our Clients?
The biggest benefit is the security report. As you know with open source, security is a big concern. Any time official security reports are issued by Joomla we'll repost them here. Additionally, we will be posting our own security tips.
Other benefits include the ability to take advantage of special deals we get from the Joomla extension developers in our network. We will also be offering special gifts like the free Joomlawatch installation we announced through our last newsletter.
We hope that the Client Support Desk module will allow you to get important Joomla tips, company news from us, and ultimately to be able to contact us directly if anything is wrong with your Joomla site.

We're in the business of making our clients happy, or else we wouldn't have any! Security is obviously a huge concern for us, and we also just like to share our knowledge with the clients who help us pay the rent and put food on the table. Everything that we can do to remain in contact with our clients is extremely beneficial to all parties involved.
